Our rent Collection process is easy. With our 24/7 online access tenant portals, our residents can easily pay via card or set up auto-pay.

Rent is due the 1st day of the month and is considered late if it has not been received by the end of business on the 5th day. Most of our valued residents are paying their rent early and on time, rarely do we have to worry about late payments.
