Chilon Anderson
Broker-In-Charge/ Co-Owner
I started my career in Louisiana in 1993, relocated to Raleigh, NC in 2005 and began working in property management. With the constant support and encouragement of my partner and husband, Dave Anderson, I started my own firm in 2010, Above All Property Management. I have a passion for Property Management that fuels my excitement everyday to get up, go to work and to be the very best I can be for my investor clients and my referring partners. When I am not at work or thinking about work, I love to read, spend time with my family, travel, decorate and entertain. It is my number one goal to make a positive impact on everyone I meet in life and work.
Rachel Humphreys
Managing Broker/Property Manager
Rachel Humphreys has been an integral part of our team since 2021. With ten years of customer service experience and a desire to learn, property management has suited Rachel’s unique skill set well. In her free time, she loves to read, spend time with her pets, and attend local performances of the NC Symphony.
Jen Smith
Operations
Hi, my name is Jen Smith and I am the Operations Manager for Above All Property Management. I was born in Pittsburgh, raised at the Jersey Shore and now a Southern transplant. After 10 years as a stay-at-home Mom, I jumped back into the work force by working both as an assistant to a Real Estate sales agent and with Above All Property Management. That was almost 10 years ago and I eventually migrated over to Property Management fully. I’m also known as the “unicorn” in our office – feel free to ask about it. When I am not engulfed in Property Management stuff (aka on the weekend), I enjoy going to all the local craft breweries with my husband (to which I have given myself the nickname, St. Jen of the Stouts). I have 2 grown sons and 2 grown cats. My husband and I plan to live in Italy for at least 5 years to enjoy la dolce vita!
